Invoice Insight Rates "Positive" in 2005 MarketScope Research
Telecom Expense Management Market to Grow to $1.2 Billion in 2008
MANASSAS, VA – April 2, 2005 - Invoice Insight announced it received a "Positive" rating in Gartner's 2005 MarketScope report on Telecom Expense Management (TEM)1. Only 5 vendors received a "Positive" rating out of the 100 TEM vendors tracked by Gartner analysts. Evaluation criteria included invoice management, allocation/chargeback, order and provisioning management, customer service and support, price and pricing methodology, financial viability, and scope of offering (wireline, voice and data, mobile).
According to Gartner, companies who receive a Positive rating demonstrate strength in specific areas, but are largely opportunistic. Existing customers should continue incremental investments and potential customers should put this vendor on a shortlist of tactical alternatives.
